In the Künstlerhaus Lukas artists may rent studios and accommodation to a limited extent. Professional working artists from the whole world are welcome. The term of lease should be four weeks. In the years
2018 and 2019 the months January, February, November and December are designated for renting. Reservations for the year 2018 will be approximately confirmed as of October 2017.
The monthly rental price for:

• a studio and a living room (approx. 35 sqm)
• a combined room for working and living (approx. 17 sqm)
• a combined room for working and living (approx. 22 sqm)
• a small combined room for working and living (8.5 sqm) |

Guests (partners or friends) who live together with the artist in the room,
have to pay 15 € extra per night.
During the summer period and at the turn of the years (from 22nd of December) special rental prices apply for the following times:

All prices are valid per person and inclusive 19% value-added tax, as well as all additional costs (except telephone). During the rental period in July/August and at the turn of the years a visitor’s tax shall be incurred. Furthermore, an additional one-time fee of 25 € respectively 35 € shall be charged for cleaning depending on the size of the studio.
