Internships
Students and graduates of cultural and/or artistic study
courses from universities and colleges as well as newcomers to cultural
professions have the opportunity to gain work experience during an
internship of 1 to 3 months at the Künstlerhaus Lukas and its partner
institution, the Neues Kunsthaus Ahrenshoop.
Your profile:
• interest in the arts
• social skills with regards to interactions with staff, artists and visitors
• good English and German skills
• good computer skills
Job description:
• helping with the organisation and execution of daily tasks regarding the scholarship programme at the Künstlerhaus Lukas as well as the exhibitions at the Neues Kunsthaus and special events
• looking after and assisting the scholarship holders at the Künstlerhaus Lukas and the visitors at the Neues Kunsthaus
• participating in content-related and/or organisational implementation of projects
• independent research, f.ex. with regards to applications for funding
• assisting with the editing of publications such as leaflets, posters, invitations and catalogues
The intership is unpaid and can be completed as either a voluntary or mandatory internship. The Künstlerhaus Lukas provides an accomodation free of charge.
