Renting of studios
In the Künstlerhaus Lukas artists may rent studios and accommodation to availability. Thereby, former holders of scholarships will be given priority. The duration of the renting should be four weeks. Especially the months November and December are designated for renting.

The renting costs amount for:
- a studio and a living room (together 35 sqm) monthly 500 €
- a combined room for working and living (approx. 17 sqm) monthly 350 €
- a combined room for working and living (approx. 22 sqm) monthly 450 €
- a small combined room for working and living (8.5 sqm) monthly 300 €
- single nights in exceptional cases between 15 and 20 € per night.
All prices are per person and inclusive 19% value-added tax, as well as all additional costs (except telephone). Partners or friends, who live together with the artist in the room, have to pay 12 € extra per night. Moreover, there is to pay an additional fee for cleaning of 25 € uniquely.
At the turn of the year, from December 23rd 2009 until January 2nd 2010, following prices are fixed per night small/large room: 1 person 30/35 €, 2 persons 40/50 €.
The direction of the Künstlerhaus Lukas decides on rentals.
Internships
Graduates of cultural and/or artistic study courses from universities and colleges as well as newcomers to cultural professions have the opportunity to gain work experience during an internship of 2 to 12 months at the Künstlerhaus Lukas and its partner institution, the Neues Kunsthaus Ahrenshoop. A monthly grant of 350 € is paid.

Kathrin Aigner is 26 years old and studied history, comparative literature science and social sciences at the Ruhr-University in Bochum.
February, March:
Marcelina Kwiatkowski is 23 years old, was born in Poland and studies art and media science at the College of Fine Arts in Braunschweig.

January:
Anika Stender is 25 years old and studies cultural sciences, journalism and history at the University of Leipzig.
February, March:
Doreen Katzberg is 28 years old and studies sociology, English and German studies at the University of Rostock.
April, May:
Mareen Scholl is 28 years old and studies cultural work at the University of applied science in Potsdam. Beforehand, she also studied some semesters of art history and Modern German literature at the FU Berlin.
June, July:
Johannes Rotter is 27 years old and studied literature and cultural science as well as Modern English and American literature and Modern history at the University Gießen.
August, September:
Margareth Kasera is 25 years old, was born in Italy and studied comparative literature science, theatre, motion picture and media sciences at the University of Vienna.
October till December:
Kathrin Aigner is 26 years old and studied history, comparative literature science and social sciences at the Ruhr-University in Bochum.

Thilo Streubel is 24 years old and studies German and English language and literature studies at the University of Rostock and prepares himself for his master studies at the University of Leipzig.

Kathleen Draeger is 29 years old and studied German and philosophy at the University of Leipzig and studies literature and music sciences and contemporary history at the Martin-Luther University Halle.
June, July:
Ricardo Ulbricht is 27 years old and studies German and English language at the University of Rostock. He concentrates on literature sciences in his master studies.
Carla Johanna Arrowood is 20 years old and studies German and art history at the College of Charlston in South Carolina.
August, September:
Kristin Hoell is 22 years old and studies European Media science at the University of Potsdam.
